Hello, I am new to railway, but workspaces used before are not deleted. And I see it actually consumes resources. How to make sure that only the used workspaces are running.

You should 'remove' the workspaces you don't want running & then make sure to 'deploy' the ones that you do want running, and you should be good to go!

Based on what you described, your workspace still has some resources in there - either a service or some disk volume. In the image, it shows where to remove a project, but the workspace follows the same principle.
