FYI: I have permission from the domain owner to fetch, they are unable to allowlist my server ip somehow

Hey,
What server IP did you shared with the domain owner?
If you haven't already, try enabling the 'Static Outbound IPs' and sharing that IP with the domain owner so he can try whitelisting it.
As it seems like that might be the most straightforward way because all network traffic to 'twixor.karix.solutions' gets blocked.
