when did you add this domain?

I did a DNS lookup, you didn't add the CNAME correctly

a while ago, but last night i tried readding to see if it would fix itself

ok, how should the cname be added

once you add the custom domain, it'll give you a domain you need to add to your CNAME

you currently have www.richmondpd2-production.up.railway.app as your CNAME value which is not a domain Railway would give you. It seems to me like you took the provided domain and added www at the start

Would you mind removing the custom domain from Railway, then removing the CNAME record from your DNS provider. After that, try adding your custom domain to Railway again and follow the steps exactly as stated
