Thank you for the refund confirmation. However, the money hasn’t arrived to my card yet, and my service is at risk of being suspended.
I’m a student developer building a small Telegram bot. The $34 charge was caused by a technical bug (animation render hanging for hours), not intentional usage. The bug is now fixed.
Could you please keep my service running while I wait for the refund to arrive? I really can’t afford to pay $34 upfront — I’m counting on that refund to cover it.
