I started a trial in April and migrated 2 MYSQL databases over for 2 projects.I was pinged to say i was running out of free credits and on April 30 I updgraded to a hobby plan. I have not had much time to work on these products recently but a user has just reached out and says they cannot access their data.When i look at the deploys I made for both projects it says they have been removed?

This was answered via discord so I'll summarize here, but please don't manually cross post, most moderators prefer helping via discord because it has a better notification system than the help station so stick to discord if that's okay with you :)
The poster ran out of credits on the trial plan and their services where paused aka deployments removed, once they upgraded to a paid plan they where able to bring their services back online by re-deploying from the removed deployments 3-dot menu with no data loss.
