you get placed on limited trial when Railway cannot verify your account's legitimacy, to protect them from potential spammers they need to make sure the accounts using railway on trial are legit otherwise railway could lose a lot of money

it seems your github account doesn't have enough info to verify that you're a legit user

unfortunately you'll have to upgrade to hobby plan to deploy code on Railway

The trial plan requirements are not shared with users. It’s likely based on your Github activity, though

if you want to deploy your app, you will need to upgrade to hobby
