The deployment has been stuck in "Waiting for deployment slot" for over 40 minutes. I've already removed the pre-deploy command and confirmed the volume is not blocked, but the deployment remains stuck.
The service needs to be manually unstuck. Please help get this deployment moving.

Your queued deployment is waiting because all 3 of your workspace's Hobby deploy slots are held by three earlier deployments of the "worker" service in a different project, each stuck on its pre-deploy command for roughly 3 hours. Removing the pre-deploy command only affects new deployments; those older ones are still running and holding slots. Cancel those three stuck deployments from that service's deployment list to free the slots, and your queued deployment will proceed.
