Hi! I own the domain tact.space, but it is attached to an old Railway account that I no longer have access to. Could you please detach it so I can add it to my new Railway account? I can verify ownership by adding a TXT DNS record if needed.

We don't see tact.space attached to any Railway project right now, so no removal is needed. You can go ahead and add it as a custom domain on your current workspace and it should work without issue.
