I am experiencing very high response times when querying the database in my development environment. According to the metrics dashboard, response times at p90, p95, and p99 percentiles exceed 20 seconds, which severely impacts system performance. I would like to know if there are actions I can take on my side to improve these response times (such as configuration changes, endpoint adjustments, or query optimizations), or if this issue is related to Railway's infrastructure. Additionally, I am concerned about potential egress costs since the database connection is currently using a public endpoint.
