I subscribed to the Hobby plan on February 24th, but on March 1st, when I accessed my database, it had been deleted, along with my transaction history. My account was downgraded to the Trial plan. Why did this happen?

I subscribed to the Hobby plan, but now I've been downgraded to the Trial plan and received a 'Trial Maxed Out' notification, even though I've only used less than $1 of the Hobby plan. I have also added a Visa payment method

Hi, the projects should be back, we are working to restore your hobby plan. Sorry for the experience, but none of your services should have any downtime or data-loss. It's merely a cosmetic issue preventing the dashboard from working properly.
