Hello Railway Support Team,
I am unable to create any new resources or deploy projects on my workspace due to the following restriction:
"Payment method required
This workspace cannot create new resources or deploy until its payment-method restriction is lifted.
Adding a payment method alone does not lift this restriction.
Reason: Payment verification required"
I have already tried adding a payment method, but the restriction is still active.
I would like to request a review of my account/workspace.
My intention is only for personal use (running a simple Ubuntu container for learning and development). I have never used this account for any spam or abusive activity.
Please help review and lift the restriction so I can continue using the platform.

The payment-method restriction on your workspace clears when you upgrade to a paid plan (Hobby at $5/month or Pro), not by adding a card alone. You can upgrade from your workspace plans page. Any remaining trial credit will carry over and apply to future invoices after the first billing cycle.

Thank you for the clarification.
I understand that the restriction is normally lifted by upgrading to a paid plan (Hobby $5/month). However, I would still like to request a manual review of my account.
I am only using Railway for personal learning and development (running a simple Ubuntu container). I have never engaged in any spam, abuse, or commercial activity.
I am currently unable to upgrade to a paid plan. Could you please review my workspace and consider lifting the restriction for personal use?
I would really appreciate your help on this.
