Hello Railway Support Team,

I am writing to request a review of the restriction currently applied to my workspace.

I am receiving the following message:

“Payment method required”

“This workspace cannot create new resources or deploy until its payment-method restriction is lifted.”

Reason: Payment verification required

I have already attempted to add a payment method, but the restriction has not been lifted. I understand that simply adding a payment method does not automatically remove the restriction.

My intention is solely to use Railway for personal development purposes (running a simple Ubuntu container for learning and testing). I am not using it for any commercial or abusive activity.

Could you please review my account/workspace and lift the restriction?
