Build logs show success, but runtime never starts. No application logs available because container never initializes. Expected: Container should start and run bot.js Actual: Container creation fails every redeploy Environment variables are set correctly. Code builds successfully. This appears to be a Railway infrastructure issue preventing container instantiation.
