questionos.up.railway.app resolves to 69.46.46.24 from 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 223.5.5.5 and 114.114.114.114.
TCP 443 to 69.46.46.24 times out from my network.
The service itself is healthy. With the same Host/SNI forced to other Railway edge IPs, it returns 200:
curl --resolve questionos.up.railway.app:443:69.46.46.92 https://questionos.up.railway.app/
curl --resolve questionos.up.railway.app:443:69.46.46.71 https://questionos.up.railway.app/
Please reassign or repair the edge routing for this service domain.

Try using a different device, network, or a VPN.
Also, it's possible that your ISP may be blocking traffic to Railway's pregenerated domains or IP addresses.
If that's the case, try using a custom domain or deploying to a different region (eg, Asia or EU).
