504 errors and timing out

Someone Help Me Now...

my app randomly just had a moment where every single user got 504 errors and timed out. Nobody could connect, there was nothing obvious in the console logs to explain it, and I had to restart the service to bring it back online.

I'm running my server with about 20 active connections, connected to the Singapore region. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

What's the best course of action to diagnose the root cause and make sure this doesn't happen again? Any advice on monitoring, scaling, or configuration changes would be appreciated.

This happened to me and I deleted the custom domain and re-added it and then re-added the DNS to cloudflare. The SSL certs got corrupt I think.
