help please

I've been downgraded to trail, though i've been on pro for months. Cannot access backups or anything. This is disappointing. Using railway since 2022. This is scary. Is this not fixed within reasonable time i'm migrating off.

Your subscription was cancelled by Railway due to non-payment. Before cancelling your subscription, Railway attempted to charge your card on multiple occasions and sent you several emails to notify you of service disruption in the event the invoice was not paid.

Once you've paid the outstanding invoice, you can create a new subscription to resume using Railway.

Your credit balance is $19.47 on the Hobby workspace, not $45. Credits cover usage charges but your card still needs to be valid for subscription billing. Your card on file had repeated failed charge attempts, which led to the subscription cancellation. You can update your payment method and resubscribe from your billing settings.

You're right, apologies for the confusion. Your "Team Lasse" workspace has $42.52 in credits and is currently on the Hobby plan. The card on file had repeated failed charges earlier this year, which caused the Pro subscription to lapse. To get back to Pro, you can upgrade from your workspace's billing settings after ensuring the card on file is valid.

We understand the frustration, and your feedback about not receiving payment failure emails is noted. We do send notifications before cancelling a subscription, but based on your email search it appears those may not have reached you.
