Hello. I'm trying to add my custom domain api.tohka.com.br to my service, but the dashboard keeps showing 'Not available' straight in the input field. I am the owner, my DNS is pointed correctly via Cloudflare, and this domain is NOT attached to any other active project in my account. It seems to be in a stuck/orphaned state in your backend database. Could a human admin please unbind or clear api.tohka.com.br from the system so I can link it to my current project? Thank you."

I know you already said your DNS is pointed correctly
But upon doing a lookup on api.tohka.com.br I see that there's already a CNAME there, have you tried removing it?

This looks like it may not be a DNS problem yet. In Cloudflare, I only see MX/TXT records for tohka.com.br, not a record for api.tohka.com.br. But if Railway is showing “Not available” directly in the input before DNS verification, Railway may already have that hostname claimed somewhere. Check old projects, preview/staging environments, archived/deleted projects, and other Railway workspaces. Also try a test subdomain like test-api.tohka.com.br; if that works, the issue is specific to api.tohka.com.br.
