I was running three services on my account under the trial plan, and even paid extra for additional MongoDB storage. I was unexpectedly logged out, and now my original workspace appears to have been deleted — it seems I’ve been assigned a new 20-day trial instead.
Could you please help me recover my previous workspace along with all the services and data?

This is the only account I have, you can see that I still have money in the balance and the trial started 10 days ago
