I’m facing a critical issue where my project is no longer visible in my dashboard, and my production service is currently down.

Here are my details:

Plan: Hobby

Project Name: (not visible, but previously existed)

Backend Service: sdv-services (Java application)

Database: PostgreSQL (railway)

login method : github

login email: ceo.novelcodes@gmail.com

login username: NovelCodes-India

Issue Description:

I can no longer see any of my projects after logging in

I have tried all login methods (Google/GitHub/email)

I have checked all workspaces (personal + team)

The project appears to be completely missing, and my backend is down

Impact:

This is affecting my live service and needs urgent attention.

Request:

Could you please:

Locate my project using the billing email

Restore access to the correct workspace/account

Confirm if there has been any account/workspace issue

Happy to verify ownership if needed. I am under significant distress as my website is down and I am still paying bills, the data is really important and I don’t have a backup for it.
