Hey My service was working well but all of sudden it was stopped and rebooted, now we lost all of our data, how could we get the data back????

Did you not use a volume with your service? Storage on Railway is ephemeral otherwise.

the data is very important for us, we have been running the service for more than 7 weeks and nothing was wrong, if railway did not reboot our instance without noticing us, we wont have any problems

Railway doesn't restart your services, it's likely that your service OOMed or you hit the ephemeral storage limit.

that is not possible, I just bought the service and it is just few MB storage, and according to the log, you said it is some kind of free upgrade which we did not agree with, please check the screenshot

We reserve the right to move Hobby workloads since they have no SLA. Again, you didn't have a volume attached and on container storage is ephemeral.
