When I say the account is blocked, I mean our team account (navedk0201’s Projects) has been fully restricted. We cannot access projects, manage services, detach domains, or make any configuration changes. The restriction appears to be related to the domain whatsapp24x7.com.

I’m posting here because we have not received a resolution via email yet, and the issue has now become business-critical.

Context

The domain whatsapp24x7.com belongs to IM24x7 Delta Solutions and is a private internal enterprise tool:

• It is not public-facing

• It does not allow open signups

• Access is restricted to pre-approved internal users only

The restriction may have been triggered due to temporary public visibility of authentication routes, which may have resembled phishing patterns.

To clarify clearly:

• There was no phishing activity

• No credential harvesting

• No malicious intent

Corrective Actions Already Taken

• Public access restricted / application taken offline where required

• All authentication routes removed from public visibility

• Admin login made internal-only

• robots.txt + noindex, nofollow implemented

• Disclaimer added on landing page

• Future internal tools will be deployed only with strict private access controls (VPN / IP allowlist / Zero Trust)

• Google Search Console warning has already been removed

We fully respect Railway’s Terms of Service and take responsibility for the misconfiguration.

However, we kindly request:

• A manual review

• Reconsideration of the team-level restriction

• Restoration of services as soon as possible

This is impacting active campaigns and client operations.

Additionally, I am trying to connect rhythmhouse.ae to my new project:

rhythmhouseae-production-aef9.up.railway.app

But the domain shows as “Not available” because it was previously attached to the now-restricted account. I have full ownership and DNS control and can verify ownership immediately.

Could you please:

1. Help release/detach the domain from the restricted account

2. Advise the correct support email where I can expect a response

3. Escalate this since the account is Pro and fully paid, yet completely inaccessible

At the moment, we cannot do anything inside the account due to the full restriction.

The account was taken down because you cannot use a trademarked name in a domain hosted on Railway. I can remove that domain from Railway for you and then unban you, but if it is added back, the ban will resume.

For future reference, here are our policies: Terms of Service and Fair Use Policy. The key point relevant here is that domains using trademarked names (like brand names you don't own) aren't permitted.
