Your workspace is on the Hobby plan, which has a 5 GB volume size cap. We don't offer limit increases on the Hobby plan.

Your workspace is on the Hobby plan ($5/month base fee), not the Pro plan ($20/month). The ~$20 on your recent invoice is the Hobby fee plus resource usage charges for the billing period, not a plan upgrade. The Hobby plan has a 5 GB volume size cap, and we don't offer limit increases on Hobby.
