I’m a small startup founder using Railway, and due to an automation bug, thousands of PR environments got created unintentionally, which spiked my bill to ~$800.
I’ve already fixed the issue and set hard limits so this won’t happen again. I completely understand the usage charges—but this was genuinely accidental and happened within minutes due to a loop.
I’ve contacted support, but wanted to ask if anyone from the team can help escalate this for a one-time goodwill consideration (even partial credits would help a lot).
Railway is core to my stack and I really want to continue long-term here. This hit is just very hard to absorb at my stage.
Would really appreciate any guidance or escalation 🙏

Don't mind doing some lurking from the shadow here - there have been cases over at cloudflares discord where attackers have been writing up vague paragraphs asking for technical assistance just to, at some point, run code with malicious code injection for remote attacks
