Hi, I'm trying to deploy the app on another instance in Oregon to avoid the downtime due to the failure in the us-east4 region but it's failing.

Heya, seems you were able to deploy after a bit - hopefully everything is going well now.

I've raised this internally so we can look at any builder failures around that timestamp.

looks like you're using the v2 builds - unfortunately builds v2 are currently unmaintained and may be unstable.
