The deployment fails in the build phase, the instance I'm deploying is the one currently running in the us-east4 region

Heya, seems you were able to deploy after a bit - hopefully everything is going well now.
I've raised this internally so we can look at any builder failures around that timestamp.

looks like you're using the v2 builds - unfortunately builds v2 are currently unmaintained and may be unstable.
If you need private networking pre-deploy, our new pre-deploy commands might be enough: https://docs.railway.com/guides/pre-deploy-command
