I had a Railway project that was working fine. I deleted it, created a new one, and deployed again from the same GitHub repo. Now it’s stuck at “Waiting for build to start…” and nothing happens.

Here’s everything I’ve tried so far:

• Deleted and recreated the project multiple times

• Detached volumes

• Made sure the GitHub repo has a valid package.json and start script

• Pushed a new commit to trigger a fresh build

• Used a new project name and cleared my browser cache

• Waited over 10 minutes for it to build

• Checked the status page — no outages

• Disconnected and reconnected my GitHub account

Despite all that, the deployment still won’t start. Could someone help me figure out what’s blocking it?
