Hi, I need support. I can`t access my workflow on an n8n

I also can`t see my 1st payment from last month anywhere, changed the plan to hobby. Can`t see my friend I invited, but he is able to use his workflow so i am totally confused. I don`t want to put all the details like when the payment was or details to my account or the url i am used.
can some staff get into contact or where can I send an email and open a case?

Hey, if you're on the Hobby plan, your service could've went to sleep, check the Railway dashboard and make sure it’s running, try restarting it, and make sure it’s still exposing the right port (5678 for n8n).

About seeing the workflows, if you didn’t set up a database or volume, your workflows could've been wiped on redeploy. n8n stores stuff in memory or local fs by default, so it doesn’t persist unless you add storage.

And finally about the payments, they are under the billing tab in Railway (top right), and receipts should’ve gone to your email. For the friend thing, they might be in a diff project/workspace, so you won’t see their stuff unless you’re both in the same one.
