Our backend is built with nestjs and the frontend is running on nextjs on a vercel deployment.

And we are using mariadb database. We have been facing loads of server side issues such as 502 errors in our current existing AWS insfrastructure and don't have devops expertise on our team so that's why we came across railway.

Currently, when we try to add backup in railway, it goes down mariadb instance and it returns timeout

Any guidance or resources would be much appreciated!!
