We are experiencing recurring high latency issues on our Singapore deployment, and this is having a direct impact on our business operations and customer experience.
We observed a similar incident yesterday at approximately 23:17 UTC. The issue appeared to improve for a short period afterward, which made us think an infrastructure-side problem may have been addressed. However, the latency has now returned, and requests are again taking significantly longer than normal to complete.
At the moment:
Response times are much higher than expected.
User-facing requests are noticeably delayed.
Business operations are being affected due to the degraded performance.
Could you please investigate whether there are any ongoing issues with the Singapore region, networking, routing, or underlying infrastructure that could be causing this behavior?
Any updates or guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is impacting production traffic.
