High volume usage

web-volume is at 95% capacity.

What is that all about? I don't have much going on, and I upgraded from $5 to $20 the other day and am still getting this.

My Claude Code tells me I'm not using anywhere near that, that I'm only using 5.5MB. How do I tell who is right, and why would upgrading to $20/month not be enough for an app that I'm the only one using and that does not have very much traffic at all.
