WHAT IS THE ESSENCE OF PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT CAN BE PAUSED AT ANY TIME!!!!
RAILWAY SEMS TO BE A FRAUD THESE DAYS.
TODAY THEY DOUBLECHARGED ME AND THEIR SUPPORT SAYS A REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED -- UPTO NOW NO REFUND.

Because someone on their team fawked up and ruined the auto deploy pipeline. Even pro customers are being queued for hours at this point. What they need is a manual bypass so we can push our own deployments when this happens. But yes, they scammed us all to upgrade to hobby and then still blocked us from deploying.

Pro should certainly get priority. But they put up error messages saying Trial accounts were blocked. So hundreds of us upgraded to Hobby to get stuff deployed only to get a message saying "Hobby accounts are not being deployed at this time" They scammed us all for money. Perhaps a better error message saying Trial and Hobby accounts will be deployed last would have been good. As it stands many people wasted their free credits to get deployments going and then got the "nice" news that they won't get deployed at all after upgrading. Thats shady sh!t to me.

It wasn't your intention, but it certainly happened to many of us. I would have been fine waiting my turn on free trial, but once I became a paying customer, even if its just hobby level, blocking deployments has us out searching for new hosting. I wasted $4 in credits thinking an upgrade would get me deployed, I was likely to sign up anyways because I like what you have built here, but this has us all second guessing. What's going to happen when you decide Hobby only gets deployed once a week?

Turning off builds and deployments is an absolute last resort, only used when something has gone wrong. Turning off deployments, for any plan, will never, ever, become common practice.
