Hello Railway team,
My Railway Hobby workspace is still unable to deploy applications, even though the public status page says "Fully Operational".
Every deployment attempt returns:
"Deploys have been paused temporarily"
My production application is currently running normally, but I cannot publish new changes.
Could you please confirm whether Hobby deployments are still paused and when they will be available again?

We're sorry for the trouble. Builds are still paused for Hobby workspaces as part of the ongoing incident "New builds are temporarily paused". The fix is in, and builds have been turned back on for Enterprise workspaces first. Other workspaces, including Hobby, are next.
We can't give an exact time yet. Your running production app isn't affected. Any deploys you started during the pause will need to be triggered again once builds are back for your workspace. You can follow updates here: New builds are temporarily paused
