Hi, I submitted the payment for the Hobby Plan earlier today, and my card (ending in 3205) was debited GNF 9,283 by RAILWAY +14157077675 US, but my account still shows the trial workspace.

Could you please check if the payment went through correctly or help activate my Hobby Plan?

It looks like the temporary holding charge that stripe puts on your card was declined.

As a result the payment failed to go through.
Are you able to ensure there are sufficient funds available to that card? The $1 charge will be dropped after payment goes through.

Hi Noah, thanks for the clarification! I understand now . I’ve just added more funds to my card to make sure there’s enough balance. Could you please retry or let me know if I should initiate the payment again from my side?

I can't initiate payment on your behalf. If you head to https://railway.com/workspace/billing you can choose the plan you wish!

Hello Railway Team,

I tried to pay for the Hobby plan using my prepaid card, but the payment was rejected with a message saying that prepaid cards are not allowed.
However, the money has still been taken from my account.

Could you please check this and refund the amount or activate my subscription?

We do not support prepaid cards; please use a valid credit card.

As for the charge, it was only $1 USD, and that is an authorization hold placed on your card to verify that the card is valid. The hold will be removed within a few days by your bank.
