I'm new to this platform please bear with me. I want to buy the Hobby Plan but I'm not really sure how much would it cost me yearly since in the plan there's additional resource usage. Can you give me in detail how much would it cost including the additional resource usage for every year? This app/dashboard is small and in terms of traffic is not that heavy since only admins can use it.

Hobby Plan is a 5 dollar subscription that you pay every month, then you also pay for the additional usage as you said, however, Hobby Plan also includes 5 dollars of monthly usage. This means that the first 5 dollars of initial usage is waived.
I can't say how much resources your app will use and therefore can't say how much it'll cost, but it sounds like it'll cost less than 5 dollars a month in terms of usage, and if this is the case then you'll only pay 5 dollars monthly, which is 60 dollars yearly
