If I subscribe to the Hobby plan, will I receive $5 every month to use on the platform, meaning I'll only pay if my application consumes more than $5? Or, if I subscribe to the Hobby plan every month, will I have to pay a minimum of $5 to keep the plan active and have access to $5 in credit?
