Hi I'm currently using the Hobby plan, which I assumed that Railway will give/renew 5$ credit every month. But then I stumbled upon this fact, which is saying that the 5$ credit is only a one-time use. Does it mean that after I used all this credit, I will not be able to use Railway for free, even if the monthly cycle resets?
