I am creating my first project and now I want to create an educational bot in Telegram. I have already written the code in Python and uploaded it to GitHub. I just created my GitHub account, as I have never done development before and never used any service. Now I want to use Railway for deployment. Since I just created my GitHub account, I can't get the free plan. If I pay for the Hobby Plan, will I be able to use RailWay?
