Hobby plan not yet reflected after purchase

Recently my card got expired and the auto pay got cancelled for the month of Oct-Nov. On Oct-31 2025 I have manually purchased the hobby plan and the subscription is not yet reflected in my account.

Please respond immediately on resolving this as we have business dependency here.

You paid an old outstanding invoice, but since it remained unpaid for an extended period, your Railway account was cancelled.

To continue using Railway, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan again through your workspace's plans page: https://railway.com/workspace/plans
