Is there any way i can buy the hobby plan and add a developr by paying for an extra seat or no? If not is there a way i can do it in the custom pricing?

You can add as many extra people to your workspace as you want for no extra cost.

I believe enterprise starts at $500/m $2000/m, and it's also not meant for this at all.
