I am getting an out of memory or critical memory warnings but it is only showing: Memory usage at 97% (178MB / 184MB)[39m. Am I missing something? my account says 8GB

I have redeployed several times, patched all memory leaks in the code (2) and still getting the warning in the logs. So here is the warning:
PRODUCTION ALERT: {

And here is what my setting say:
Resource Limits
Max amount of vCPU and Memory to allocate to each replica for this service.
CPU: 8 vCPU
Plan limit: 8 vCPU
Memory: 8 GB
Plan limit: 8 GB
I have no idea if it takes time for the system to recognize the upgrade (it's been 3 days) or what, but any help would be wonderful. Thanks

How are you calculating that memory usage? What language is your code written in? Are you using any frameworks?
