I am from Hong Kong, all my website hosting with railway all of sudden cannot be reach unless I use vpn. Why is that heppening?

Unfortunately this outage affected all regions. I'd recommend staying geolocated to the region where your clients are located for improved latency to your customer's endpoint.

In that case I'd recommend sticking with Singapore for optimal endpoint latency.
