Hi Railway team,
Since about 06:15 UTC on 4 November, one of our servers (76.13.141.189, a Hostinger VPS in Frankfurt, AS47583) can't open any TCP connection to Railway. Our service's public domain (69.46.46.33) and railway.com (69.46.46.46) both time out on ports 443 and 80. The same server reaches Google and Cloudflare normally, and our service answers fine from other networks, so the service itself is up. The last successful request from this server was at 06:15 UTC on 3 November.
A TCP traceroute on port 443 from the server (4 Nov, 08:16 UTC) leaves Hostinger cleanly, crosses Arelion and reaches CDN77 in Berlin, then stops:
- 2.25.25.11 Hostinger 0% loss
- 62.115.167.200 Arelion 0% loss
- 62.115.164.162 Arelion, Berlin 0% loss
- 79.127.195.227 vl221.ber-ipb-dist-1.cdn77.com 0% loss
- ??? 100% loss, nothing after this
Could you check whether traffic from this IP, or from AS47583 in general, is being dropped at your Berlin ingress? I'm happy to run more tests from the server if that helps.
Thanks!
