Hostname missing from routing table

Our custom domain support-api.sharperpoints.com (id bdc965ab-51c0-4d07-82f9-b05873537a9c, service support-api 7d99049b-50a7-4c50-93bd-a075561197fc, project e64e34f0-2b4b-4013-a057-75cf26686a68, env staging) shows DNS PROPAGATED, certificate VALID, and syncStatus ACTIVE, but your edge returns 404 Application not found with x-railway-fallback: true (server: railway-hikari, edge lax1, sample request id SabehLgDS1ORpJuOWUN5dQ). The service's Railway-generated domain works fine. We've tried forced cert issuance, targetPort changes, domain delete/re-create, and multiple redeploys. A working custom domain on another service in the same project/environment shares the same edgeId, so this hostname appears to be missing from the edge routing table. Can you re-sync it?

same thing with me and they said i set it up wrong and ignored my ticket when it was configured and online 2 days prior with no changes made since being put up. the demo link works fine but the domain i purchased through railway and setup on railway and configured on railway with railways auto hookup domain suddenly it is saying railway has no connection to the site. something is wrong with their DNS i think, in the ticket they are telling me i have to verify the site when i bought it through railway and they never sent me any kind of verification prompt.
