Railway does not natively support manual access to volumes, but you can use the filebrowser template to browser your volume's files

but my partner who invited me can't make me an "Owner"

we both want to be able to do all the possible operations on Railway

you remove the volume that comes attached with it and mount the volume you want to browse through onto it

Yea that's just how it is for hobby plan, destructive operations need to be done by the owner of the account

what can we do so that both of us can do destructive actions?

You'll need to upgrade to a team plan if both of you want owner permissions
