If you aren’t planning on using Railway in a month, you need to cancel your subscription. Think of it like a Netflix subscription. You still get charged even if you haven’t used it.

I’ll leave it to the team to decide whether to refund you or not, but they have refused these sorts of refunds in the past.

So do you need your subscription or not? If you are planning on using Railway, then you are unlikely to get a refund.

Please select request refund in the little settings menu. You'll need to wait for a staff member to make a verdict, of which Adam is not one.
