how can i have custom resource in free plan?

Currently i havea free plan and each service has 2 core cpu and 512 MB memory.
but I need just one core cpu. How can I change it to just 1?

Hey, you should be able to set custom max. resources for your services under their respective settings. Keep in mind that you are only charged for your actual usage, even if the max. CPU resource limit is set to 2 vCPU. Your services will crash if they reach their max. resource limits.
