Delete the Dockerfile 😆

(I'm actually serious. We currently don't have a way for you to override this yet)

Hi team, like nixpacks how it detects dockerFile and build's it, can railpack use dockerFile of deployment, because even if my repo has dockerFile railpack is ignore that as of now
