Hi Railways.app team,
My trial period is over for parkyapp.
My free trial has ended, and I'd like to upgrade my account to a paid plan. However, during the upgrade process, I'm being asked to provide a valid GST number. I currently do not have a GSTIN, as my business turnover is below the mandatory registration threshold under the GST Act.
Could you please advise if there's an option to upgrade without a GST number? I'm happy to provide any alternative documentation

Hi there,
Thank you for your question. You can leave the Tax ID field blank when you create your subscription, and add it later once you register for a GST. Make sure to fill in your Billing Address to ensure that Sales Tax / VAT is assessed correctly, and you're not charged based on incorrect location information.
