my front and backend both deployed on railway, the api access from front to backend is through public network, but it too slow(always 7 secones), how can I reduce this time? I don't want change to much. what is my internal network port?

Does your backend have app sleeping enabled?

7 seconds response time is crazy, my response times for my applications is 200ms and I'm in South Africa so the closest server is Europe which is pretty much on the other side of the world so something is definitely not right

My recommendation is to add some logging for metrics on different routes to see if there are any bottlenecks, also try adding a /health endpoint so you can test a base-response time, this will help you narrow down any potential problems
