I checked other responses from support, but they all say something like "go to settings and click "generate URL" and you will be able to use it" but there is no "generate URL" option in my settings. Is it because I'm on the trial plan? I'm willing to pay $5 a month to get a working application, but I need to know that it will work at some point

I’m also on the Trial plan, but I was able to generate a public URL without any issues today.

Thanks! How did you get to that screen? All I can see is this menu, and the "Settings" in here is different from the "Settings" in your screenshot.

Oh wait - I got it. It's a per-service thing, not a per-workspace thing, so you have to click on the service!
