How do I get the "data" and "backup" tabs on the PGVector template?

I need to move my database to the pgvector template since I want to store embeddings. It's unfortunate that I can't just enable it on my current instance.

edit: oops, backup is already there. Just "data"

the data tab is enabled automatically when the source is Postgres, and the Backup tab is enabled when you enable it in the service settings.
